FAQ
Q: How long does it take to make my ring?
A: Production time can vary based on difficulty of design, materials used, and volume of orders. If you need your ring for a certain date, contact us to ensure you get it in time. Our typical production time is 3-4 weeks.
Q: How long does it take to ship?
A: Normally 2 weeks in continental USA or Canada. Please understand that is not a guarantee, covid can cause slowdowns in the mail.
Q: Are they waterproof?
A: Our metal designs are waterproof. The bentwood designs are water resistant, but it is not recommended to have them submerged in water for extended periods of time.
Q: How durable are they?
A: We use liners made from various materials to ensure that the rings are built to last. However, they are wood, so proper care must be taken to ensure a long life. Do not wear them while working, (it's never a good idea to wear jewelry while working anyway), and don't wear while working out or using cleaning chemicals. Simply wipe them down with a microfiber cloth daily and they will shine for a long time. We also offer a repolishing service. Contact for details.
Q: Can you make a ring using my own personal stone?
A: Absolutely! Contact us and we will be more than happy to make sure you get a ring made with your personal stone!
Q: How do I know my ring size?
A: Most jewelry stores will size you for free. Make sure you get sized for comfort fit type band.
Q: What if I order the wrong size?
A: If you are not sure of your ring size, GET SIZED before ordering please, returns will not be accepted based on wrong size. Exchanges will be available only for non custom rings, and you will have to cover the shipping for an exchange in the case of placing an incorrect order. There is also a restocking fee of 50% in the event of an exchange based upon you ordering an incorrect size. PLEASE GET SIZED BEFORE ORDERING
Q: Do you have a warranty on wood rings?
A: Yes. If your wooden ring breaks within 1 year from the date of purchase, from normal wear and tear, we will make a new one for you at no charge. We just ask for the broken ring to be sent in first. We are not responsible for any damage caused by ignoring ring care advice.
Q: Are your sativa and indica series rings legal?
A: Yes. The flower has been completely denatured and rendered inert. There is zero THC or CBD contained within the rings channel. It is art.
