Processing Time: The time needed to process each order can vary based on difficulty and order volume. Avg lead time is 3-4 weeks. Covid can cause slowdowns in the postal service, I do my absolute best to promptly order materials and get straight to work when they arrive. Please contact us if you need it ready for a special date to ensure you get it in time, don't leave it until the last minute. 

Customs and Import Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and Import Taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs.

We do not accept cancellations.

Returns: We happily accept returns. But you must contact us and ship back withing 7 days of delivery. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for made to order or personalized orders. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in the condition it was received, we reserve the right to deduct the damage from the amount of the return.

Due to potential high volume of orders, if your ring size is out of stock, you will be contacted with an estimated time of completion. 

Rings can not be resized, so make sure to get sized before ordering. We are not responsible for mistakes on your end. If your ring does not fit because you ordered the wrong size, you can exchange it for a new ring at a discounted price. Price will vary depending on cost of materials used. Also, shipping costs will not be covered, so PLEASE GET SIZED FIRST. 

When working with natural materials such as wood, flower, and minerals, no two rings will be identical. Photos are for reference and do not reflect the exact ring you will receive, every ring is a unique treasure! 

REFERRAL POLICY:

Any customer that has already made a purchase and refers another client to us will receive 20% code off their next purchase over $149.99. The referred client will also recieve 10% off their first order. Please contact us and let us know if you are referring someone. If you do not let us know ahead of time, we will not be able to issue the discount code.
